Welcome to e.OS. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Platform": the e.OS software and related services
- "User": an individual who uses the platform
- "Organization": the company or entity that contracts the service
- "Content": data, text, files entered into the platform
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you declare that:
- You have the legal capacity to accept these terms
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the organization (if applicable)
- You agree to our Privacy Policy
3. Service Description
e.OS is a strategic management platform that offers:
- Definition and tracking of objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Team and hierarchical structure organization
- Recurring rituals and meetings with AI support
- Progress updates and reports
- Integrations with third-party tools (HubSpot, Slack) upon authorization
4. Registration and Account
4.1 Requirements
- Provide true and up-to-date information
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
- Immediately notify of unauthorized use
4.2 Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Access data from other organizations without authorization
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Reverse engineer the software
- Intentionally overload our systems
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The platform, code, design, and brand are owned by Escala AI.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
7. Privacy and Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
- We strive to keep the platform available 24/7
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability limits are defined in the service agreement signed with your organization
- We do not guarantee that the platform will meet all your specific requirements
10. Modifications
10.1 To Terms
We may modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
10.2 To Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, communicating in advance when possible.
11. Contracting and Termination
11.1 Contracting
Access to the e.OS platform is provided through a service agreement signed between Escala AI and the contracting organization. Commercial conditions, terms, and pricing are defined in the respective contract.
11.2 Termination
Termination conditions, including notice periods and any penalties, are established in the service agreement.
11.3 Suspension for Violation
We may suspend or terminate user access for violation of these terms, upon notification to the contracting organization.
11.4 Effects
After contract termination, access will be revoked and data may be deleted according to our retention policy and contractual agreements.
12. General Provisions
- Applicable Law: Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil
- Jurisdiction: Courts of São Paulo/SP
- Entirety: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver
